The new M60 red-spring / red-top-hat / red-twist knob upgrade improves ergonomics and makes on-vehicle adjustment quick and repeatable.
For heavy loads (canopy, drawers, rooftop tent) try +3 to +5 clicks stiffer at the rear and +2 to +3 at the front as a starting point.
